How to Do Bear Crawls
- Get down as if you’re ready to do a push-up!
- Then, move your right hand forward and at the same time, step forward with your left leg.
- Repeat the same with the opposite side, so that you crawl forward, just like a bear.
- Throw in the occasional growl, but remember, now is not the time for hibernation.
