Crab Walks
- Take a seat on the ground with your knees bent, your feet flat, and your hands just behind you. Keep your fingertips pointing in the same direction as your feet.
- Lift your butt off the ground and then start walking forward, with your hands and feet, nice and slowly to start.
- Continue this back and forth pattern, or even side to side like a real crab!
