How to Do Medicine Ball Punch Throws
- With your knees bent, hold the medicine ball against your shoulder with your behind hand on the back of the ball and the other hand supporting the ball from the bottom.
- Drive your behind hand forward, explosively, and push the ball away from your body.
- Fully extend your behind arm to get maximum power on each throw.
- Collect the ball and repeat with the other arm.
