Swiss Ball Squeezes
- Lay comfortably on your back on a yoga mat or soft workout surface with a Swiss ball placed between your knees. Your feet should be flat on the ground and your knees pointing upwards
- Apply a little pressure onto the Swiss ball by bringing your knees together
- Hold for the specified amount of time and then gently release
