  1. With a slight bend at the knee, stand strong with your feet about shoulder width apart
  2. Push your elbows backwards locking them in at your sides with your hands, palm up, resting at about hip level.
  3. By flexing your biceps, bring your hands up towards your chest.
  4. At full bicep flexion, hold for a full second, before releasing and allowing your hands to lower back to the starting position.
