Standing Bicep Flexions
- With a slight bend at the knee, stand strong with your feet about shoulder width apart
- Push your elbows backwards locking them in at your sides with your hands, palm up, resting at about hip level.
- By flexing your biceps, bring your hands up towards your chest.
- At full bicep flexion, hold for a full second, before releasing and allowing your hands to lower back to the starting position.
