Behind-the-Back Standing Bicep Curls
- Stand up straight with a flat back and tight core.
- Hold a barbell in your hands resting on your upper glutes.
- Curl the wrists and raise the barbell a few inches.
- Pause at the top of the movement and slowly release.
- Repeat.
