If you do too much cardio, you may just trim away those curves you love having. So the trick is to find the right balance between cardio and resistance or weight training.

If you love the treadmill, spend your time on a 15% incline. You can also hit the stepper or elliptical trainer. Don’t forget to add those all-important, butt-firming, leg-toning squats and lunges. To keep your breasts from shrinking because of too much cardio, do upper body weight training such as the chest press and incline fly.
