How to Do Seated Rest / Water Break
- Sit comfortably on a solid chair with your back straight, allow your legs to rest with a relaxed bend at the knee
- Your chest should be up. Your lower back should be flat. Do not allow your shoulders to hunch.
- Take periodic sips of water or a sports beverage. Do not chug or drink too much too fast.
- Sit in this position for your prescribed rest break before beginning your next exercise.
