The workout starts with 3 light warm-up exercises – don’t skip them! They will get your blood pumping and make the whole workout more effective.
The key is complete every single rep. There are no shortcuts here. Keep a solid form with all movements, especially when it comes to the plank-based exercises, no sagging!
The rest times extend as the workout progresses, but if you’re feeling extra mean, keep them short and sweet. Blast through this workout every couple of days, and you’ll be looking AB-solutely incredible in no time.
