Be sure to spend at least 5 minutes loosely warming up before taking out this workout. The style is simple, complete the sets and reps without resting for too long, and then move on to the next exercise. If you’d like to increase the intensity, try not to rest between exercises!

The goal is to sweat. The goal is to get out of breath. If you are not reaching these goals, you are resting for too long!
