How long does it take for results to start showing with regular workouts?
I just started working out 3-4 days a week.

This is different for each individual and, of course, there are several variables that may have an effect on your results. It is suggested that you try to cover all bases and use a fitness plan, nutritional program and a stress-free healthy environment to set yourself up for the best possible results.
In many cases, the first difference one feels after starting a new fitness program is a boost in energy, mental focus, overall strength and better posture. These are all great signs to look for even before measuring and weighing yourself or comparing before and after photos.
