Pure Abs Attack and Booty Blast dedicates an entire workout to toning abs and working that booty. Using supersetted exercises, the abs and booty never have time to fully rest, meaning they work, hard. And what comes after a lot of hard work? That’s right, big results.

The warm up is included in this workout, so get to work! You’ll notice that we have 2 supersets included. Supersets are great for exhausting one muscle and then immediately exhausting another, which utilizes time and heightens calorie burn. A double whammy! Be sure not to rest until both exercises within a superset have been completed.
The great thing about this workout is that it can progress, eternally! When it becomes too easy, simply increase the load and decrease the rest time. Ouch!
