This program requires access to a gym and you will be training 5 days a week for 20–30 minutes per session. The short intensive workouts will fire up your metabolism to have you burning fat around the clock and the nutrition plan will guide you towards a healthy and controlled diet that will keep you satisfied and on track to lose those extra pounds. In addition to helping boosting your metabolism for weight loss, the selected exercises will improve your cardiovascular health, upper/lower body strength, flexibility and joint range of motion.
