I am a Personal Trainer and Coach with a passion for helping my clients create fit and healthy lifestyles that are both sustainable & enjoyable. I find it very rewarding to empower my clients to live their strongest lives. I love using the Principles of Exercise Science and Nutrition to tailor each individual program. I love it so much that I named the business after the FITT Principle, which is the foundation for any sound exercise program.
As a working mother of 3, I understand first-hand how challenging it can be to fit exercise and healthy eating into your life consistently enough to reach your goals. After my 3rd cross-country move, I made a commitment to shift my focus from the boutique fitness industry to an online space in order to efficiently and effectively help more people. Considering the fact there are almost 93.3 million obese Americans and counting, I felt that it is high time to bust the myths and share my knowledge with the masses.

How online training works
You will love how simple online training is on the WorkoutLabs Train platform!

Email me to discuss your fitness goals and how we can work together to achieve them. We can chat via email or set up a time for a phone call.
Once we decide to train, I will ask you about your physical condition, equipment you have access to and your schedule to help me design your personalized training program.
Use your computer, tablet or phone to access your training calendar and easy-to-follow illustrated workouts any time. You can also print them out!
Log your workouts and use email notifications and reminders to stay on track while we use built-in messaging to stay in touch all along the way.
