Instructions

Each exercise has 3 sets. These are not to be completed consecutively but instead in a circuit form. Meaning, you will go through all exercises 3 times (once per circuit). This is not a time-based workout. Take rests during the exercises if necessary (not many people can do 5 headstand push-ups at once!) Complete every repetition in your own time; after all, you have plenty of it.

Oh, and don't forget to blitz through that warm up and cool down. You can thank us later. YES to muscles and NO to injuries!
