Workout description

This simple full body routine using Limitless Resistance will allow you to meet your individual fitness goals. Gain muscle, tone your body or improve balance, general mobility and overall health. With the variety of ways to use suspension straps and resistance bands the opportunities are Limitless!

Workout instructions

Always warm up for 5-10 minutes (jumping jacks, power skips or jump rope), then stretch the target muscle groups before any workout.


Complete a full circuit of the six exercises 3-4 times. For maximum muscle gains perform 8-12 reps of each exercise, with a 90-second rest between sets. For fat burning and endurance perform 12-20 reps, with a 60-second rest between sets.


Note: Ensure that the reps are full a range of motion while maintaining great form.
